I didn't realize that it had been over a year since I posted a journal. Whoops! The main reason is because I live on Tumblr now. I love suggesting DDs and today is my 13th success. I do not count failures but I think it is about a 1:3 success/fail ratio. Plus, this is not counting DDs I suggested, were featured, but did not list me as a suggester. I do not always like the picture that are given DDs, and while it is up to the GMs taste, they can be influenced by a suggestion. In fact, I suggest so much that I created a folder in my favorites gallery for works I want to suggest. So this is my first journal and I promise not to bore with the mundane details of my life. My art... My art is not an expression of my inner self but rather me trying to get the pictures in my head down on paper (or file). Sometimes my mood effects my work but I do not hold with the whole "artists put themselves in there art". Some might, not me. I did not do any art for a number of years and am out of practice. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them. I would like to encourage everyone to look at my favorites gallery. I spend a great deal of time organizing it.
